Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
We do not accept returns. Christmas Trees are challenging to box and expensive to ship. Additionally, they would likely not survive two transits. Returning a tree does not make sense for either us or our customers. While issues are rare, we take immediate action when they occur.
Refunds:
Our guarantee is that you receive a full, beautiful, fresh Christmas tree. If we fail to meet this standard or if there is a problem with your tree, we will send a replacement. Please contact us via phone or email, explaining your concerns and including a photo. Our trees grow for over 10 years, involving considerable time and effort, and we only send our perfect trees in the mail. Should an error occur, or if you are unsatisfied, we will promptly send you a replacement. If a situation arises where a replacement is not suitable, please contact us. We want every customer to be satisfied and to choose us for their tree needs for years to come!
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
