Shipping Policy

At Evergreen Wonders , we take great pride in the accuracy of our shipping estimates, with over 95% of them being spot on! However, please be aware that external factors may occasionally impact these dates. As such, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.

Shipping live products presents unique challenges, and sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans! In such rare instances, tracking information will be updated accordingly.

If your tree suffers any damage during shipment, we will promptly replace it.

To minimize the risk of late arrivals, we provide delivery date ranges. Our goal is to target the first day of the selected date range.

For example, if a customer selects a delivery date range of November 29th to December 1st, we will ship the tree to arrive on November 29th. While delays of one day can occur due to carrier issues, it's very rare for a delay to exceed two days. In these cases, the tree will still arrive within the specified delivery date range.
